Have Olpymus C-5060, Need something similar w/ rotating viewfinder 200.00-500.00, Best Option?

We have the Olympus C-5060 Wide Zoom 5.1 MegaPixel Digital Camera, we are looking for something that has the same features or similar but we definitely want something that has the rotating view finder, same MegaPixels and other features. Any adivse?
