How can i change the format of my video?

i recorded severeal videos from my digital camera and its in .mov format which is not supported on windows movie maker . any suggestions on what i should do?btw my camera is olympus stylus 740 .

Try TubeHunter Media Center which converts any video format to MPEG or WMV, and import that MPEG, WMV to Windows Movie Maker.
