How do I put pictures on my computer?

I have NO idea how to do this.I have a card from a digital camera that says

OLYMPUS
xD
Xd-Picture Card
M256MB

How do I use it?

if your computer has a card reader you can use it otherwise your camera shoud have come with a usb cord. you have to connect the cord to your camera and then connect the other end of the cord to the computer usb port wich should be on the side of you computer

use a camera usb connecter and something should pop-up

You need to get a usb cable. Plug it into your computer.

well there are several ways...i usually just email it to mah email account and then save it to my computer....or else just download it using a digital camera....simple:)

Do you have a cable? read the book that came with the camera it tells exactly how to do it, just read one step at a time. It isn't that complicated but each camera is a little different.

pull camera to computer, dl program

1.use a ubs cord (about 5 dollars at best buy) and hook it up to your camera in a hole that fits
2. hook it into the ubs port
3.press start and go to run on the right
4.type in E:/
5. VIEW YOUR PICS!!!

I think you need to get a Webcam because I have one and I can't tell you how many pictures I have on my computer. Over 100,000,000 I'm dead serious I do. But anyways this is about your question like I said you need a webcam or a usb camera. Whatever works for you.

You have to have a card reader. Some newer computers have the card readers in the front of the computer. If it's not there, you'll have to buy a card reader or go to Walmart or somewhere like that and put it in the card reader there.
If you have the card reader, just use the "camera and scanner wizard" that pops up. If you don't, and you go to Walmart, make a cd with the pictures and put them on the computer that way.

just insert the xd, sd. or any card on the slot. the computer will read and that's it. or just connect the camera to the computer you need the usb cable.(this way you need to install the software first)

Some laptops have a specific port for your card. If you have one you'll know it.

If not you can purchase a Card Reader from Radio Shack or any other electronics place. Those allow you to insert the card into the card reader then plug it into your computer. Just ask someone who's working there what's the best to get and they'll point you in the right direction.

a usb is a cable you can buy from radioshack that connects your media devices to you computer (Q) do you have the camera if so put the card back inside the camera buy a usb cable connect the usb cable to the camera and the computer them simply copy the pictures you want to the my photos folder (windows xp) drag the pictures to iphoto
