Simply download your pictures to your computer, then when you sell an item, one of the things it will do when you are listing your item is allow you to browse and select the picture or pictures for uploading. It is self explanatory once you reach that point. If you have a dial-up connection, you may want to downsize your pictures otherwise they will take a rather long time to upload. eBay automatically resizes them to the size they use.
