Okay, so I need a digital camera.............?

I don't care about how the camera looks, or how heavy the lens, or how many MP it has. I want a camera with good battery life and a good zoom feature. Of course, really clear pictures are a must, and it'd be great if the thing could withstand a fall. Preferably something that I can get for under $400 on eBay, although I've looked at a few more expensive models.

Some ones I'm considering: HP Photosmart R927, Olympus SP-550UZ, Olympus EVOLT, Sony Cybershop H5/H9.

What would you guys suggest?

You will not be dissapointed with a sony product.

I recently got a Sony Cyber Shot DSC-H7. 15x optical zoom and 8.1 mega pixel. Most other cameras in this price range are 12x optical zoom. Its a great camera! get one now!

Look for one that uses the standard SD memory card. xD and Memory Sticks are attached to specific cameras, while SD cards are pretty universal.
