Can i use my digital camera as a web cam?

i got a olympus mju digital 600 for chistmas and i want to use it as a web cam so i can see my long distance finacee is this possible to do so and if so how do i do it?

as far as I know you can u just need a USB plug that you can hook up to the camera and your computers hard drive and u should be good to go

check your camera's manual and/or the software that came with it. there'd be mention of net-use drivers in there somewhere.

in the manual should explain it. Usually the cameras have an option, web cam, but if it is not jus plug it in your computer and see if this read it . I assume you have the cd software-

you can use it as camera.

you should be able to take a pitcure on your camara and save it on your computer.
