I upload my photos and videos to my computer from my digital camera, but my videos won't play, Why?

I have an Olympus Stylus 710-All Weather digital camera that also allows you to record video. I've uploaded everything to my computer from my digital camera, and my pictures show up fine, but for some reason, my videos won't play.

Movies from the Olympus Stylus 710 are saved in Quicktime format. Try installing the free Quicktime Player from Apple, or upgrading your existing version.

Try opening your videos with another video player, like if you have windows media player and won't work try real player...etc....... Also whats the end part of your videos called? like gradnite.wmv(windows media video) or gradnite.mp3(this is a music file) you might have to converted or something.

Because the camera videos may be in a different format than what your media player is set for. You may have to convert the video format or find a media player on line that will play that format. Try the Olympus web site too.
