Thanks genious_0 for your answer. Tried that but to no avail. Nothing. Couldn't find any photos. It came up that 'this software is unable to find an Olympus digital camera connected to a USB port on your computer'. I did everything correctly. What happened? It went on the first time. What can I do now?
Many thanks Temporarily disconnect whatever unnecessary USB attachments you have, such as a scanner. Reboot your system and try again. This has worked for me when my computer wouldn't speak with my camera.
I don't know why. I hope it works for you. Here are a couple things that might work -
1. Try a different USB port on your computer.
2. Try a different USB cable.
3. Plug it in, leave plugged in and reboot.
4. Go to Control Panel, Add Hardware and follow the process. |
