Camera Question!!!!!!!!?

I have an Olympus digital camera. And I鈥檓 having serious problems with it, I buy new batteries and after a few snaps it reads battery empty. How can I fix this problem? Is it a certain kind of battery I should be using? Or is this just a junk camera.

Depends on which camera you have. As good a Brand as Olympus is(i own 4 olympus out of 7 digital cameras we have), quality control issues arise in all products.
Use High Capacity rechargable batteries(at least 2400mA capacity or higher) even on the best alkaline batteries, you can only get 100 or so shots with most new cameras before the batteries begin to drain.Always carry at least two sets of Alkaline or one set of rechargables and one alkaline for emergencies. If you are getting MUCH less then that(100+ shots), you need to return the camera or have it serviced.
I normally get 250 shots On my Olympus C-5500 Wide angle Sports zoom Digital, 190-200 shots on my Stylus-600 on Alkalines, and much more on the rechargables(500-650 shots on the older cameras and 600-800 shots on the Olympus E-500 D-SLR)

You must use rechargeable batteries. Regular ones will always only last a very short time.

you need to get rechargeable batteries especially the ones off of the olympus website. or if you have to use regular batteries get the ones that can be used for cameries and electronics like duracell or energizer
