Best thin digital camera?

So I have an Olympus C-5500 zoom digital camera. I like it but it is too bulky that its hard to carry around and I like to have it with me at all times in my purse. I find it bulky and hard to use, sure I want good quality photos but there are so many different settings and pixels I simply dont have the motivation or time to figure it out...im not a photographer and am not good at figuring out electrical things. I want a good quality, small digital camera, that also takes videos, but something that wont break my bank, preferably 100-230 in price, any good suggestions??? I want a good company too..big name

Mine also runs out of batteries extremely fast even when i dont use it that often, anything good on that or something chargeable?

First, I would stay with Olympus or Fuji so you don't have to carry two different types of memory cards.
Have a look at the Olympus Stylus-700 series.
Theres a Stylus 700, 720 and 730, depending on your budget.
There is also the Fuji Finepix S20SE which is slightly larger than the Olympus Stylus, but still quite nice.

I'm partial to Canon cameras, myself... like thew "Elph" series.

The Canon SD600 is amazingly slim and just within your budget.
