Problem with digital camera memory card.?

I own an Olympus Camedia C-3020 digital camera.
My memory card (PNY SmartMedia 128MB) does not have any pictures on it, but when i insert it into my digital camera it says the memory card is full.
I have used the memory card before with no problems.
Anyone know how I could fix this?

Yeah, my card does that from time to time, just have your camera reformat it, and another thing, program your media player on your computer not to automatically sync to your card when you plug it in

sounds like to me that your card is about ready to go south(Die)
or it lost it's original format which I beleive was fat15

yea put it in your computer if your computer has a memory card port if not it must have a usb and hook it up to ur pc or mac and delete them hope it helps
