Share with me what is the best digital camera! Im thinking of getting an olympus 720 stulus, but id like to?

see what you all have to say about your fave digital cameras!

this site (http://www.myproductadvisor.com/mpa/came... is the best site to go to help you decide what camera is right for you. you go through the different specs and choose what matters most to you and then it gives you a bunch of recommendations based on how much you want to pay and tells you where to get it for the best price.

OLYMPUS!
Olympus makes the best film and digital cameras. Their Zuiko lenses are fantastic and they are all top quality. You can not go wrong with Olympus.

Olympus is a great digital cam. I hear Radio Shack has a sale on the Olympus 5 mg pg now.

Check out the Casio EXILM. Very thin, extra long battery, anti-shake, and large display. I have one and it takes excellent pictures and videos.

Sony

i have a kodak 760 and have gotten very good pictures with it. i has both optical and digital zoom, a wide variety of settings for different photographic situations, color chip technology, an excellent lens system, 4 different flash settings, and selections to include shutter and aperature priority.

I have an Olympus and love it. I checked out a lot of them before I purchased mine.
One plus was that it took AA batteries instead of a special one made for it like some others. I can get batteries anywhere on a weekend. Try to find a model specific battery when you're on vacation and the stores are closed.

SONY IS THE BEST BY FAR!

Get the Casio EX-S500 in white. Here is my email address ccgotwatuneed@yahoo.com

Your best bet is to do some research on the digital camera review sites. They have detailed technical discussion of the merits of most popular cameras. If you can't find a review of your camera on one check the others.

I was a long time user of Olympus film cameras. They make great glass. They are a little short on the digital sensor technology. I'm not crazy about their decision to make all film camera owners buy new lenses to use their dSLR line.

I recently went with Canon for my dSLR. I looked at all brands and went with Canon based on quality, service, reliability. I have a box full of Fuji, Sony, Olympus, Panasonic, Casio, Kodak, and others. No Canon or Nikon in there for any reason other than owner abuse or accident. Most of them are Sony and Casios, could be that they sell a lot or that they are not made to last. I have personally bought 4 Sony's, all died within 1-3 years, and will never buy another. I have (or had until recently stolen) 3 old Kodak cameras that work great and 10 old Canon dSLR & P&S caneras and all work like new.
