I have the olympus 100 digital camera and when I connect it to the usb and click the option to open the folder to view files the picture icons of the recent pictures are messed up. I dont know what is the reason; it hasn't happened before....we recently got windows vista so I'm not sure whether that is what is causing the problem. The pictures that I have already deleted keep showing up as icons to the new pictures I take and I dont know how to fix it. Does anyone know how?? Thank you so much for your help I don't know anything about Windows Vista, but I have XP. I think they are kind of similar when it comes to the function of the dropdown menus. When you bring up the folder with your pictures in it, look under the View menu for either Thumbnails or Filmstrip. Make sure there is a mark next to one of those (whichever one you prefer).
Other than that, you may have to check in your camera's instruction manual and make sure that it's compatible with Vista, but it doesn't make sense that it wouldn't be, especially if it's a pretty late model camera.
