My digital camera (Olympus C-765 UZ) misses one pixel in every photo taken. It just shows up white. Can this be fixed? If so, where can I get it repaired and how much can I expect it to cost?
Thanks for your input. =) Call Olympus and see if you can send your camera in to have the pixel masked out. They do this in the camera's software. Most cameras have some bad pixels at the factory. If it's under warranty still, then absolutely- it may need to be replaced. It not and you have to pay for shipping and repair, you will have to weigh the cost of repair versus the cost of a new camera. |
