I'm trying to put my photos onto 'My Pictures' on the computer. I tried and now my photos have disappeared and my removable storage disc (Disc E) has disappeared off my screen. Also when I put my camera on to transfer the images - all there is - is a blank screen. I hope I haven't done anything to my camera or computer. I'm totally new at this. I'd appreciate any help, please. Many thanks do this .:
un plug the camera
uninstall all of its programs
reinstall them
and re connect the camera using another usb port on your pc
than everything will go back to normal |
