I have an Olympus D-370 Digital camera. I have a Zio Microtech divice for the card reader.?

I have a 20 gig hard drive on my Dell with MS2000. The Zio device doesn't work when I put the card reader in the Zio. Do I need to download a driver and if so where can I download one? Or, do I need a driver from a disk from Microtech? Thanks, Cool Breeze...

Try Un-Plugging It and then Pluger' in again and hope for the best.?
