Does this look too good to be true? (link) 10 points first good answer....? |
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/OLYMPUS-MJU-850SW-... My mate has one (only his is silver, not pink ;-). They really are as tough as they claim. His trick is dropping it in his pint of beer *while it is turned on* and then washing under the tap. He also throws it around without too much concern for it breaking so I guess it's pretty damn tough! Yes, that line from Olympus is pretty awesome. It is every bit as tough as they say it is and more. The picture quality isn't anything special but is perfectly acceptable and comparable to other regular cams in the same price range. Olymp. only take XD memory cards though, so if you have SD they won't work. That model should come with a micro SD to XD converter though so you can use any micro SD you might have. yes it looks ok to me,you can find bargains, they are there to be had,as long as you use a proper trusted shop or suppliyer everything should be ok,its best to have caution,as you here all the time about pay pal and scamms, you have to be carefull,i wish you well peAce. Just don't try the old Tommy Cooper gag where he tells about the watch - waterproof, anti-magnetic, dust-proof etc etc.......... this is the camera that is advertised on TV where the little boy throws it in the dirt washes it under the tap etc etc yes it a good one but check the retail price against the asking price Olympus are excellent cameras....Go for it Can be found cheaper - Google it |
