What is the difference between SD and XD memory cards?which one should i opt for my olympus fe15 model camera? |
i have brought an newly released olympus fe-15 model digital camera and i want to upgrade its memory,which card should opt for it wheather SD or XD memory card?please help me............ I do not believe SD is an option for you. You will need to buy an Xd card for that camera. You can get some good deals at newegg.com, or another online store. The prices will be better than at regular stores. You will find that xD cards tend to be more expensive than SD cards. I would stay away from the auction sites, too many counterfeits being sold these days. XD is smaller than SD.. i think XD is half the size of SD.. and true that u can only use XD in olympus.. Your camera only uses xD cards. SD memory cards are used by all but three camera makers. (xD = Fujifilm and Olympus, memory card = Memory Stick Sony only |
