Anyone have an Olympus FE-210 ? |
i'm looking to buy a didgital camera, it doesn't need to be anything too fancy, just a good camera to take casual pics with i saw this one on the radio shack website and it seems to be a good camera in my price range, anyone have one and how do you like it?, or any suggestions on a better didgital camera? Hi.. i do have this camera.. its really good,i had no problems till now (its just 6 months old).. and the pics are really great.. i'm shocked with the reviews.. i do agree that it cant record sound in video but if you need a digi cam just for pics.. then you can really go for it.. maybe you should get it in a reliable store as there are duplicates available.. i got mine in Dubai.. so i believe the quality is great than in India.. The FE-210 is a budget camera and I think you will be disappointed if you buy it, because it only has ok image quality and has very sluggish performance. It's movie mode is also disappointing. You will find this is common with quite a number of Olympus models of compact camera...and for that reason, I would never buy one. i did have one of these cameras a while ago but they were superceded by the fe270 so you can probably get an fe270 for about the same price. 210 can record video but NO SOUND whilst 270 does have sound. even the fe270 has now been replaced by fe310 & can record video with sound. you should be able to bargain for a really good price on the fe210 since it's been superceded twice already. pictures were ok with it. good luck |

no you cannot. Olympus FE sereis cameras don't have this function. i have a newer FE-230 and had the same problem. dont buy the camera again, it slowly turns into a piece of crap afte... The 850 is a really nice camera, I have a Panasonic TZ5 and I was looking at the Olympus. The 1030 doesnt really have much more in the way of picture quality than the 850. ...Yeah I don't think it's harsh enough even. One thing that I still do is that every time I got something new, I got rid of something and I gave it to charity. So if I got a new pai... the battery might have gone ...If you're going to be taking a lot of pictures and videos, I honestly don't think that is enough, especially on an extended trip. I always carry at least 4GB. My advice, buy a nice FAS... i had a problam with my camera the bit that the strap bit broke abit looked like i could unscrew it my self but found out that joins on to annother bit inside , so u would be better going in to a c... Hi J. I don't know if this will answer your questions but I am wondering if you mean reconditioned or refurbished? I had those exact same questions some time ago. I was considering buying... you have to remove it and put it in the camera in total darkness. The film is so senitive that even a red light will damage it. If you have a bathroom without windows or something like that you can... |
