Help! Camera not working? |
I bought a Digital camera from Best Buy. It's a point and shoot Olympus FE-340. The lens froze up second time of using it. My question is should I trade it in or get my money back? Has anyone had promblems with this model. First, find out the store's policy. Olympus manufacturers are one of the top ten camera companies. This is probably just a fluke with your camera. If it is under warranty take it back for a replacement, it seems like a decent camera. Don't worry about telling Best Buy that it is malfunctioning, they have a great return policy for defective items, not so great if you just don't like it. The camera has a warranty. There is no need to try and be dishonest. Just take it back and exchange it. just put it back in the box and retern it. say you dont like the color or something like that and just get a similar camera that u like. thats what i do. |
