How do you transfer a video recording on a DVC tape on to a DVD? |
i have a panasonic Mini DV pal Digital Video Camera and i have made some videos on the Panasonic DVC tapes. I need to know how to transfer these files from the DVC Tapes to a DVD ? First you will need the USB cable and drivers disc for your dvc once you installed the applications and drivers that came with ur dvc you should be able to transfer video to your pc , then you can If U have a DVD recorder just plug the cam in and hit record...{:-{}. Don't use Dazzle or anything else but a Firewire connection, unless you want to lose quality! If you want to do some editing and add titles and effects I can recommend Pinnacle Studio, otherwise a DVD recorder with a firewire/1394 input would be a simple solution. Hi On the camcorder look for a video out cable or a firewire and plug directly to the input of the DVD recorder. The DVD recorder will give you one hour of high quality video. It will not be the highest quality but pretty close. Well I hook my dvc to my dvd recorder and play the dvc while my dvd recorder is recording. Or if you have the right cables to go from your dvcamera to your computer that has a dvd burner, that is one of my problems, can figure out how to go from dvc to my computer. |
