I have already tried to use a head cleaner. A dry one, I have not heard of any wet ones. Any suggestions? the camera shop said they charge 45 bucks to just send it off. It is a panasonic?? You need to replace the head. Consult with Panasonic customer service directly. One of the heads is clogged / needs cleaning. You'll probably need to send it off if the head cleaner didn't work. |
