Hello, Have you tried the Panasonic support site for your camera?? when you connect the camera make sure don't put in the memory card!!!only the computer can detect the internal memory Connect your camera to your computer using the USB cord and then using you computer skills, drag and drop the image files to your computer. Using your computers file manager, it will see your camera as a removable drive. |
