How do I turn on my Panasonic PV-GS80 when it's connected to a PC..when the battery has to be off? |
I have the firewire cable hooked up to my camera, and into my PC. But the port on my camera that the firewire cable is plugged into is BEHIND the battery spot. So the battery has to be totally off of the camera for the cable to be connected. But then of course the camera cannot even turn on or anything... You must use the AC adapter. The battery charger acts as an AC/DC converter. You should have the AC cord plugged to the charger, then the DC cable plugged to the adapter and the camcorder. Use the AC adapter. |
