I misplaced my CD for my Panasonic sdr-h200 vedo camera and they want to charge $80 for a new disk.?

Does anyone know where I can get it for free? This seems crazy. I own the camera and they want to charge $80 for a driver. There must be some place I can download it I just don't know where.

Driver? Why would you need a driver. Unless you have an ancient operating system you shouldn't need a third-party driver. In fact, I don't think a driver is even included with this camcorder. At most, you may need ImageMixer3 to convert the MOD files to MPEG for you. ImageMixer3 from Panasonic should only be $35 unless you actually order it from Pixela (the software manufacturer) for which they will charge you $100.

In short, you most likely don't need a third party driver and, if you know what you're doing with the video files, you don't need the software, either.
