Memory card reader? |
The USB connection in my Panasonic camera is no longer working (I think I tweaked it somehow). I know it's the camera, not the cord. I love my camera and it's works fine except that I cannot upload the picutes to my computer! If I get a memory card reader, is it the same thing as uploading the photos from my camera via USB? How do I make sure I am getting the right one? It is a SanDisk 512mb SD card. As long as you get a memory card reader that accepts SD cards, you're good. The main difference is that a reader won't use up your camera's battery. This is not a dire problem, as using a card reader is actually faster than using a wire connecting your camera and computer, to transfer photos. Your memory card is probably an SD card but you need to be sure so as to get the right type of reader. Can you find out what it is and post it here? On your memory card there is some sort of letter. |
