Best Pictbridge PRINTER for HIGH QUALITY PHOTOS? |
I have a Panasonic Lumix Digital Camera and want to Upgrade my Photo Printer. I also have a Panasonic Lumix Digital Camera and I love it. As the previous person suggested that you purchase the Canon printer, I can only say that for photo quality prints you want a 6 ink printer, not 4. The difference is millions more color combinations. The 6 ink printers use the same standard 4 inks (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black) for text printing, but add Light Cyan and Light Magenta for photo printing. A 4 ink printer will do a good job for photos and if you are not a amature or professional photographer, you certainly can use a 4 ink printer. The other reason I would not recommend the Canon is because it more than likely contains a tri-colored ink cartridge. Economically wise people realize that individual cartridges are going to be less expensive. When you run out of yellow, buy a new and replace it. With tri-color cartridges, when you run out of yellow, you are throwing away cyan and magenat. I recommend you look for individual ink cartridges. this is what i bought about month ago ... awsome printer ... from camera to comp ... to printer excellent quality ... a little more than u said but u can browse here ... had a brothers for years not bad .. but not even close to canon ... good luck man .... stay with name brands and read user reviews |
