I couldn't find any info on settings for black and white or sepia photography, but it may be in your software programming.
If you haven't tried any photo improvement programs, I can personally recommend the free, online "Picasa" program. It has both black and white and sepia improvements you can choose to use on your photo. It is very user friendly and produces great results with practice.
