Does anyone own a Pentax Optio x digital camera? I need some help.?

When I connect to pc, it's not detecting device to transfer pictures might it be the dock and who know how to fix it without sending it to Pentax?

Just try photo express, if it works put them in there, then transfer them out, it might be a format problem. Good luck to you.
