My new pentax potio m20 digital camera is not rexognized by win xp pc pls hel me?

some computer stores sell cds to upgrade your computer in just that area so it doesnt cost as much and you dont have to upgrade your whole computer

if it cant recignize it still then you might need to download software of that camera
