I have a pentax optio digital camera and the camera says that the camera card is locked, how do i unlock it?

I try and take a photo but it says that the card is locked so the picture won't save, i need this fixed quick!!!

I ahve done that slidy thing on the card the thing is it doesn't teel me what side is unlocked

you need to take the card out of the camera and there is a switch on it it is on locked just switch it to unlock. It took me forever to figure that out on my camera. Hope it helps.

I think I know!!! If you open the slot where the memory card is inserted and take it out you will see a little sliding button that says locked. Just put it to the opposite side of "locked".

U need to buy the key from a camera shop that carries that brand or just take it to the tip.

Ye, there is a safe lock on the SD memory card, take it out by pushing then it will flip out automated
