After turning on my Pentax Optio A10 digital camera it immediately turns off, how can I fix this??

My Pentax Optio A10 digital camera, will turn off and then immediatly turn off without warning, does anyone know how I can fix this?

Sorry, i meant after turning it on it will immediately turn off

Change the batteries and check,
make sure the batteries are of litium-ion not normal
Normal batteries some times will not even UP the devices.

try new and different batteries
