I have a Pentax Optio MX4 Digital Camera,it is not compatible with Windows xP,? |
Is there anyone out there who can tell me if there is a site where I might be able to download the driver from so I can run my Pentax camera on my windows xp You don't need to "run" your camera on any operating system. Pentax should have any driver updates. Just go to their wesite (I imagine it's www.pentax.com), then look for a link labelled "Support". From there look for "Updates". You may have to enter the model of you camera. -yes, I also had a 1990 year old Pentax camera and was unable to, not only update some of the lens attachments, but also to get a memory card program to install the new images onto my computer,.after emailing Pentax Canada they told me that my 1990 Pentax lens camera was out dated and to purchase a newer 2000 model.,. |

It could be the microphone picking up the noise of the auto-focus mechanism. Check out some of the videos taken with the W30 and listen for yourself: ... Flash or lens....it really depends on how you use your camera. For my personal use, I would recommend a lens. More lenses gives you a lot more flexibility. Check ebay for lowest prices on filt... If your flash is washing people or things out its because you're shooting more indoors or under low light conditions.. so you might want to look into getting a camera that can be used in those... I wouldn't rule this out, Pentax got to pre-production stage with a medium format style DSLR in the mould of their 645AF camera, so the R&D is probably quite far on. Pentax have launche... only has one customer review on amazon. ... You need to READ & STUDY the section in your Manual on "using flash". You have something set wrong since a flash usually "stops action" fairly well. A too-slow shutter speed... Stay within the useable range of the flash. As was said before, use a tripod or stabilize the camera. Night shots are difficult. Forget trying to get a good picture at some sporting event or ... Change the batteries and check, make sure the batteries are of litium-ion not normal Normal batteries some times will not even UP the devices. ... |
