How to frames in the optio v10 pentax camera?

i want to know how to put new or more frames in the optio v10 pentax camera

I don't quite understand your question. But I assume you mean you have run out of space on the memory card. You can download the photos onto your computer. And this, you need to read the manual as there are too many steps to go through.

But if you don't want to keep those photos recorded on the card, you just delete (or rather, "format" the card). That can be done from the camera's menu. Be careful as it is not easy to recover those images. You can think of that as once formatted, they're gone.
