I have to do a photo essay(consisting of just pictures no words) but there has to be a thesis. I'm thinking along the lines of body modification, and how different cultures use it and that it should be accepted in society instead of being looked down upon. Any other suggestions?

I wonder if it's possible for you to work ear holes into it. That's technically a form of body modification as well but it's so common that no one thinks anything of it. Or is that too boring? >_<
And um, wouldn't female circumcision count as body modification too (yes, I'm aware some people refer to it as female genital mutilation)? I don't think *that* should be accepted in society. |
