Best way to do a photo essay? |
My little brother has to do a photo essay for school. What is the best to do this? I'm kind of just looking for a how-to page on how to do one. First thing to do is figure out what the main idea is going to be. After you have figured it out do it in a series of photos telling the story. For example the planting of a flower. Take a picture of the dirt, seeds, shovel and pot, then a picture of the dirt being poured into the pot, next the shovel being used to make holes for the seeds, etc etc till the last shot would be the flower in full bloom. Write down the step by step ideas then photograph them. Hope this helps Source(s): Many photography classes in school, amateur photographer. photo essay, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/photo_essay... ...series of photographs that are intended to tell a story ..., http://www.tjf.or.jp/photoessaycafe/oubo... either in booklet form or a wall poster with photos and titles, for storyline, http://www.sfsheriff.com/news/n082299.ht... http://www.public.iastate.edu/~widharta/... http://www.thephotoessay.com/ if allowed to use computer programs, could use power point slides or over head viewer, if school has hardware or allows, .. |
