How to attach pictures from photo gallery to send with email also attachments.?

I'm a rookie in the use of computers so I need the info. in laymens terms

Attachment size is 20 meg per e-mail - I'd recommend using Flickr. If you are w/ at&t | Yahoo!, there is no limit of photos you can store there - AND you can determine who see's 'em.
