Eye makeup tips?

How do I do eye makeup like Miley in this picture here? I couldn't think of any other way to describe it except for that the makeup gets really dark on the outer corners. Please help or refer me to some video that teaches how! Thanks.

The only thing I could really see in this picture was heavy eyeliner ...even lining the inner rims of the eyes ....

eyeliner and mascara. just super line the corners

so i couldnt find a video, but im guna tell you how i think they did it. ok so first line the top of your eye lid with liquid liner more thickly the farther out you go. then line the inside of your bottom lashes. again more thick as you go to the outer corners of your eye. it should look kinda like this

except in this picture the girl lined her bottom lashes, instead of the inside of her eye like miley. good luck.

use eyeliner heavier in the corners. but a regular amount of mascara.

well first you need black mascara : rimell london flash lash mascara
black eyeliner pencil and liquid
first line the lower lashline with pencil liner, then uper lash line with liquid, at the top start from small thin line to thick at the end corner. add mascara double coat on top and bottom ,first use eyelash curler

Beautiful eye.

1. You need a couple of shadows. I can't tell what's on her lid, probably a ballarina pink, that's what it looks like in the inner crease. You need a white or ivory highlighter shadow on the brow bone (under the eyebrow).

2. You need either a very bold pencil/gel Eyeliner in very black or a liquid eyeliner in very black.

3. Note: She has on False Eyelashes. I would invest in those to complete the look. MAC or Makeup Forever make excellent ones.

Take a good shadow brush and apply the pink all over your eyelid. Apply the highlighter ivory color on the brow. Make sure it is very shimmery! Stila makes great ones. Even a white stick like MR FROSTY from Benefit would look great. Put it in the inner crease of your top lid also.
Apply Mascara to your lashes top and lower (it helps adhere to the False ones). Pencil the black eyeliner along entire lash line. Make sure the pencil is ON the lash line exactly. It can be a little thicker, but be careful. Apply the eyeliner to the inner rim of your lower lash line. Than apply the False lashes with a good adhesive. Apply a little mascara to the false ones to curl them up.
