What should the homepage of a pastry-based website say?

I have an about me, photo gallery and blog so I just need stuff to put on the front page of the website.
I figure you foodies would know best. ;)

the front page of your website should have the name of your business, your product line, info concerning the products, contact info, a message fromt the owner, perhaps and should be oraginzed and user -friendly.

YUM???

It should tell little bit about the stuff you do and have some pictures of the things youve created on there.
