Do you think it's inappropriate to ask people in forums to vote for my son's picture in a competition? |
My 5 year old son has entered a competition where he uses image editing software to decorate a photo of himself. If he gets enough votes, he will win a computer. He's very computer literate and he would love this. Do you think it would be okay to ask for votes in forums that I hang out in? I figure in the off topic section or the like would be okay. I can't see a problem with it as long as you put it in "Off Topic". I have seen it done in other forums that I visit and no one has ever complained. By the way- I voted for him! Wish him luck- he has done a good job for a 5 year old! |
