How to get the big poofy curly pageant hair look?? |

Hi, after they wash their hair, they use a round brush and hair dryer to dry it. That adds volume to the roots. Hey girl above me, I like your hat lol! Its hard for me to explain. OK I'll show you a video. The part where Miss girl wearing a pink robe( sorry I couldn't see her state sash) is getting here hair done is how you do it. http://www.missusa.com/backstage/03.09.0... So basically you get a piece of hair and put the curler near the root( don't burn yourself) and curl your hair until it the curler is covered and just like how you would curl a ribbon with scissors, slowly pull and if you have to loosen the curler and your hair should flip around the curler. Make sure you keep the curler covered with your hair. I hope that makes since it's hard to explain without actually showing you. Good Luck! I learned how when I got my hair curled for some pictures for my pageant. EDIT Hair spray after you finished curlering. (The words I make up. LOL) |
