Good place to start. might be some photoshop but basically a professional has got the exposure correct and hense strong colours pros do it in the camera you can recreate the whole image using illustrator for layout, and photoshop type tools/ via camera images, to increase some colors select areas you want more color, and increase image saturation, you can adjust brightness/ contrast a little, theres also levels and variations, and filters that can change colors as well, you could also add layers and add any color overlay per layer, GIMP - Windows installers http://gimp-win.sourceforge.net/stable.h...
