Is this dust or noise? |
Please go to http://mobius122.deviantart.com/... and check the first photo in my gallery, it should be of a lightning blot in the horizon. First I would like to know what you think of this photo (not one of my best I know) and then I want to know what the discolored pixels are. I can't find an example that looks like this anywhere so I can't tell what it is. Is it noise or dust? They look like little stars 0_o First of all, as a photographer, I think it's a really good shot. Lightning is a difficult shot to get, and the added storm to the right adds interest IMHO. For the discolored pixels, I'm assuming you're meaning the ones on the horizon, one just to the right of the lightning bolt, and a few more a little farther to the right (those were the only ones I saw). Looks to me like you picked up some lights (street lights, cable towers, etc.) in your picture. Was there a town nearby? I don't think it takes away from the picture, but if you want to get rid of it, it's an easy clone-out. EDIT: Figured it out. Sorry. Took me a LONG time to find what you were talking about. Looks like noise to me, but once again, you can easily clone it out if you want.idk i'm pretty sure its noise or a basic blurry photo though im not sure! if you took it try to remember if it was dusty! http://www.bubblesweb.co.nr yay 2 points It's a nice photo.
