You can make it yourself by taking a necklace chain, cutting it down to fit your ankle with about 2 or 3 inches to spare; then hook a cross (or something else) to the end. Remember to keep the hooking clasp on the chain then you use it to hook onto a hole in the chain to stay fit around your ankle. I wish I could show you. I hope I explained it alright. It's cute.
