Protecting copyrighted images?

At some websites, like photo galleries, there are images that are copyrighted. If I try to download a picture, I'll get a message box that says I can't copy the image.

My Question is, how do I do that to my own images? Specifically, I have images of prepared recipes that I want to add to my web pages. I took the pictures myself. How can I set things up so that my images can't be copied? (I should point out that I'm not a web designer, and I don't know squat about HTML or anything like that)

This is not a feature of HTML, but a javascript option.

The whole idea is to DISABLE the RIGHT mouse click.

But this won't stop the smart guy that uses a SCREEN PRINT to capture your image anyway.

Good luck and Happy Computing!
