"wai ghara gachha yeth kya govh asi ausa yi wachun" ... what language is this? what does it mean?


I received this comment in one of my photo galleries containing photos of Kashmir:

It is definately not Punjabi (Teena =) )
It MUST be Kashmiri, but I'm sorry I don't know Kashmiri.

I'm guessing that gachha means "good". They may be commenting on a pot/pan ('ghara'). I can guess at a bit more, but I don't want to sound too foolish... ;)
