What type of makeup look should i go for for my formal? |
I absolutely love the dark eye look but last time someone else did it, i looked like a panda bear.... AAHHH! I tried to look up some websites on formal makeup and i only found about 2 photos. I'd love to be able to take a picture of the kind of makeup i want on the day of my formal to my makeup artist.... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me find some photos of nice formal makeup with preferably dark eyes or dark shades of brown to match my dress.... As many photos as possible would be much appreciated, or links to photo galleries on the web. Thanks heaps :) Natural look with a little bit of rosy cheeks and eye shadow. with a mauve/nude lip color I don't have any photos for you but my advice is not to over do it. You don't want to look like a clown. If you go dramatic on the eyes you don't want to over do the lips. Go subtle on the lips or you could flip flop and go dramatic on the lips and subtle on the eyes. But if you really want to stand out I would go dramatic on the eyes. Well good luck and I hope you get what you are looking for. First, it is called a smoky eye. Second, they did it wrong. You layer on lots of lighter colors and brown to get that look. Try taking lavender and charcoal gray and brown to get the look. Go onto teen websites like www.seventeen.com or www.teenpeople.com and go onto the makeup section to get pics and tips on how to apply the makeup and what to use. Your dress sounds lovely!
