My Canon MS370 printer-scanner is supposed to be compatible with Vista, but when I try to scan a full page item, it goes to Windows Photo Gallery instead of the Canon site and I get three options, none of which is the full page, only portions of the page. Any ideas?
Have you downloaded all the latest drivers? Checked for updates? Try those two options. the previous answerer is right about the association and here is a way to try and fix it. Scan and save the picture even if it's not the whole thing. Save it then right click on the saved file then click on properties. There should be an "opens with" or some such. change the program it uses to open the picture. Hopefully this will change the association of all files with that file extension. If not that's the best I could come up with.

The file association is messed up, in other words it opens the file with the wrong program. Reinstall the canon software or right click on the scanned image, and choose Open With...and find the software that came with your Canon. Somewhere in that area, there is an option to always open the file with the new program you just chose.
