How can you view animated gif images in vista? |
Using windows photo gallery doesn't show the animation, it just shows up as the first frame. Is there another program in vista that would allow me to view gifs except for internet explorer? It was such a dumb move by microsoft to remove that useful windows picture and fax viewer that was in xp that was gif compatible! No, Windows have not removed the Picture and Fax Viewer from Vista. Its there. Simply right click the file and select Open With and there you will find the Pciture and Fax Viewer, make sure to select Always Use this Program to open this file and select OK.
