i mean like you no how people be having them design on there pic do anybody no how to do it ........and im not talkin about the design you pick at the photo gallery as your background...
Are you talking about like picturse that have designs on it? like hearts or stars or whatever and words on it? or are you talking about replacing the background of a picture? i use paint shop pro 7 t o do all those kinda things. download limewire then download paint shop pro 7 off of that. theres a lot of helpful tutorials out there on the internet that taught me how to edit my pics. |
